The Zamani Zanzibar Kempinski Tanzania features luxuriously appointed 110 rooms and suites all featuring private terraces or balconies with views over landscaped gardens to the ocean.

The main area of the hotel offers a total of 10 accommodation clusters each with 6 Garden Rooms, 4 Terrace Rooms and 1 Zamani Suite. All rooms and suites are contemporarily stylish with exceptional attention to comfort, privacy and relaxation. Bathrooms are Olympian with separate shower and a vast free standing bathtub and a glorious outside shower with sky views.

Garden Room: Located on the ground floor of the accommodation cluster, the Garden room is 45sqm in size. With a spacious bedroom/sitting room area and a large ensuite bathroom which houses a separate bath, toilet, indoor shower and tropical outdoor shower. The room has a private outdoor terrace with table and chairs.

Terrace Room: Located on the first floor of the accommodation clusters, the Terrace room is 45sqm in size. The spacious tropical bathroom features a deep soaking tub, rainforest-like shower and a separate toilet. The bathroom also features a tropical courtyard with outdoor shower, his and hers basins and floods of natural light.  The lovely bedroom with Queensize bed opens onto a private balcony and internal stairs that lead to your very own private roof top sun terrace with.

Zamani Suite: Located on the first floor of the accommodation cluster, the Zamani Suite is 99sqm in size.  Divided into two large spacious rooms, one being the living and dining area and the other the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The spacious tropical bathroom features a deep soaking tub, rainforest-like shower and a separate lavatory. The bathroom also features a delightful tropical courtyard with outdoor shower, his and hers basins and floods of natural light.

The suite has two private balconies, one off the living/dining area and the other off the master bedroom. Internal stairs lead to a very large private roof top sun terrace. The Zamani Suite is perfect luxury. The Zamani Suite can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 Children (additional beds).

Anantara Spa Zanzibar: The Anantara Spa Located within the hotel it is a sanctuary for the mind, body and soul. The Anantara Spa Zanzibar consists of 6 private treatment rooms, 2 outdoor Thai massage pavilions, a outdoor lap pool with sun deck and a Fitness Centre with sauna. This modern day Spa is the largest and most luxurious in Zanzibar and encompasses both health and wellness elements that are vital for today’s hectic and stressful lifestyle.

PADI Scuba Diving Centre: The reefs around Zanzibar Island present myriads of colorful coral life. At low tide the spectacular Mnemba Atoll offers a depth of 10-15 meters and is a joy for casual snorkeling and the drop-offs around the Atoll offer reefs at a range of 15-30 m for the novice diver. Zamani Zanzibar Kempinski, in conjunction with a PADI Gold Palm Five Star Dive Shop, offers a full range of PADI and BS-AC courses from beginner to advanced. During the months of March, August and September, the waters off the east coast are host to whale sharks, leopard rays and dolphins. There is US& 3 to be paid as a conservation fee that is used for the protection of the reefs. 

Deep Sea Fishing: Zanzibar is home to some of Africa's best deep sea fishing grounds. Some excellent year round big game fishing opportunities  can be found between the waters of Zanzibar and Pemba Island. The fishing boats are operated by professionals and equipped with the latest technologies and conform to the highest international safety standards. Big Yellow fin Tuna are plentiful in the months of August to November. Sailfish Big Blue Marlin and a number of Striped and Black Marlin are also found.During  this time the ocean comes alive with huge schools of Tuna pursuing smaller fish. November to March is the billfish season, when Striped Marlin is the most abundant, at times showing up in shoals of up to ten. During this period there is a good presence of Large Blue and Black Marlin as well. The shop caters for a maximum of 4 anglers onboard, including a pack lunch & soft drinks, excluding alcohol. Please note that beer and wine will be available and must be arranged for beforehand. Safaris out to the Pemba Channel and night fishing trips for Broadbill can be arranged. An extra cost will apply to Pemba Channel trips.

Cycling: Do a 1 hour tour to Kiwengwa, along the beach, and explore the fascinating small shops along the way. Here you can buy a present for someone special, or just something to take home with. The two hour tour will take you on the same route, but goes up further along the beach. One of our well trained staff will accompany you on this tour, with some refreshments.

Beach Picnic: Sail off to a private, secluded beach and enjoy each others company while having picnic on the beach. Choose from an option of two baskets, i.e. sweet or savoury.  Picnic availability is depending on the tide.

Dhow Sunset Champagne Cruise: The whole experience is about sunset, stars and romance! Enjoy a drink and snacks on the Dao, while sailing during sunset. Let the evening breeze carry you into the spirit of the night yet to come. Sunset-cruise availability is depending on the tide.

Water Sports: The blue waters and light breeze of the Indian Ocean beckon to all who love to ride the waves.

Sailing: Come and sail away over the crystal clear blue water of the reef on a catamaran, Ngalawa (local sail boat) or gypsy.  Relax and let one of our sailors take you on a journey you will never forget. If you feel like doing something more active, why not go out on a Kayak or Windsurfer and burn off those calories picked up.

Reef Walk: Put on some rock shoes and go for a walk during low tide, exploring all the puddles with small fish, sea stars or maybe something even bigger. This can be done with one of our trained staff or on your own.

Snorkeling: There are a lot of small things to be explored under the water from the shore. Get complimentary gear from the towel dispensing area and see what the reef has to offer you.

Tennis: We have an outdoor flood lit tennis court which is open from 08h00 in the mornings until 22h00 at night. Whether you feel like just hitting a few balls on your own against the wall, or taking your partner on for a serious game, the possibility is there.

Leisure Pools: Our attractive leisure pools include a recreation pool and a lap pool, both situated on cliff side. The lap pool is situated in front of the Fitness Centre.

Kids Play Ground: The kids play ground offers games and fun for the children. An outside area with swings, slides, a sea-saw and jungle gym is available. Indoors children can keep them busy with painting, games, puzzles and many more. An activity schedule is available for daily events.

Games: Lie in the sun around the pool and take your partner on with a board game. A large variety of games are available in and from the library, including playing cards, local games, darts, billiards, table-tennis and more. Or be active and shoot some balls into the basket ball hoop.

Day 05: ZANZIBAR ISLAND BEACH LEISURE.
Today after your breakfast you have a choice of excursion visit Jozani forest National Park famouse for its Blue Colobus Monkey, Tour of historic stone town - one of world heritage site in Zanzibar Island or Spice tour visit local spice farm, pm back to your beach resort ready for dinner and overnight stay at Zamani Zanzibar Kempinski & Spa - 5 Star. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Dinner.

Day 06: ZANZIBAR INT AIRPORT.
Today after breakfast say farewell to your beach holiday at Zamani Zanzibar Kempinski & Spa, the represantative from Safari Vacation will come at Zamani Zanzibar Kempinski & Spa to pick you up and transfer you to Zanzibar stone town or Zanzibar International Airport for your onward journey back home. End of Services. Meal Plan: Breakfast.
