  • DAY 1: Arrival in Nairobi / Airport to City Transfer

    NAIROBI 

    Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), formerly known as Nairobi International Airport and located approximately 15 km southwest of Nairobi, you will be warmly welcomed by our Kenya Predators Safari airport representative. Our representative will be waiting just outside the customs hall at the designated pickup area, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. A complimentary private airport transfer is provided for all travellers. You will be driven comfortably from Nairobi Airport to Nairobi city, a journey of approximately 45 minutes. Your accommodation is conveniently located on the outskirts of the city centre.

  • DAY 2: Nairobi / Aberdare National Park

    After an early breakfast, check out of your hotel and set off on a scenic drive from Nairobi to Aberdare National Park, one of Kenya’s hidden gems. The journey spans approximately 140–160 km and typically takes 3–4 hours by road, offering stunning views of Kenya’s central highlands along the way. Aberdare National Park features a diverse range of habitats, including montane forests, bamboo belts, heath and moorland, and deep riverine valleys. Renowned for its lush forests, cascading waterfalls, and abundant wildlife, the park provides a unique and picturesque safari experience. Bird enthusiasts will be thrilled, as over 290 bird species have been recorded here. The area also holds historical significance: it was near this region that Elizabeth II became Queen in 1952, following the death of her father, King George VI. Upon arrival, enjoy a relaxed lunch at Aberdare Country Club, followed by a transfer to The Ark Lodge, an exceptional elevated retreat overlooking a lively waterhole. From your balcony, observe elephants, buffalo, and other wildlife gathering to drink—a truly intimate and unforgettable safari experience.

  • DAY 3: Aberdare National Park / Lake Naivasha

    After an early breakfast, check out of your safari lodge and begin the scenic drive from Aberdare National Park to Lake Naivasha. Traveling east to west, the journey spans approximately 140–160 km and typically takes 3–4 hours by road. Along the way, enjoy sweeping views of rolling hills, lush forests, and the occasional wildlife sighting—perfect moments to appreciate Kenya’s remarkable natural beauty. Upon arrival at Lake Naivasha, check in at your lodge and enjoy a relaxing lunch. In the afternoon, embark on an optional two-hour boat safari on the lake, ideally scheduled between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. This serene excursion provides close encounters with hippos and a chance to spot some of the lake’s more than 400 bird species. The landscape is equally captivating, with papyrus-fringed shores, elegant acacia trees, and panoramic vistas across the Great Rift Valley. In the late afternoon, return to your lodge on the shores of Lake Naivasha. Unwind as you take in the surroundings, perhaps enjoying bird-watching from the hotel deck while listening to the beautiful songs of the local birds. In the evening, savor a fine dining experience to complete your day.

  • DAY 4: Lake Naivasha / Masai Mara Game Reserve

    Start your day with an early breakfast at your lodge before checking out. We will then depart with a packed lunch for the journey from Lake Naivasha National Park to the Masai Mara National Reserve. Sit back and relax as you traverse Kenya’s breathtaking landscapes, moving from the verdant Rift Valley—renowned for its rolling hills and shimmering lakes—to the vast, iconic Mara plains, where wildlife roams freely beneath endless skies. The Masai Mara National Reserve, located in southwestern Kenya, is Africa’s ultimate wildlife wonderland. Famous for its sweeping savannahs, rich ecosystems, and dramatic animal migrations, it is one of the continent’s premier safari destinations. The reserve is a key part of the greater Serengeti-Mara ecosystem, which stretches into Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park, and features open grasslands, riverine forests, and rolling hills—ideal terrain for spotting wildlife. By midday, we will arrive at Mara Simba Lodge, where you will stay for two nights. The lodge stretches nearly 1 km along the banks of the Talek River, offering a true “wildlife on your doorstep” experience. Each room features an ensuite bathroom with a shower and quality fittings, as well as a private veranda overlooking the river, perfect for relaxing while watching wildlife in their natural habitat. Each day, enjoy two exciting activities: a morning game drive and an afternoon guided game drive in a 4x4 safari vehicle.

  • DAY 5: Masai Mara National Reserve

    Start your day with an early breakfast at your lodge before embarking on a full-day adventure in the iconic Masai Mara. Experience morning and afternoon game drives that take you across diverse areas of the reserve, guided by expert trackers who know exactly where the most memorable wildlife encounters await. Depending on the day, you might rise at dawn to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the savannah, followed by a leisurely late breakfast. The Masai Mara is world-famous for the Great Migration, a spectacular annual journey in which over 1.5 million wildebeest, along with zebras and gazelles, roam the plains in search of fresh grazing after seasonal rains. Visitors also have the chance to encounter Africa’s legendary Big Five—lions, elephants, leopards, rhinos, and buffaloes—as well as cheetahs, giraffes, hippos, hyenas, and crocodiles. Bird enthusiasts will be thrilled by more than 450 species that call the reserve home, making the Masai Mara a paradise for wildlife and nature lovers alike.

  • DAY 6: Masai Mara National Reserve / Nairobi

    After an early morning breakfast and check-out from your lodge, you will have the option to visit a traditional Maasai Manyatta for an immersive cultural experience. This visit includes a USD$50 per-person contribution that directly supports the Maasai community. Afterwards, begin your drive from the Masai Mara to Nairobi—a journey of approximately 270–280 km that typically takes 5–6 hours. The route passes through Narok town and offers breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley, making it a scenic and enjoyable trip. If you prefer to fly, morning flight options are available at an additional cost, with fares (including private airport transfers) starting from USD $410.00 per person one-way for departures before 10:00 a.m. You can depart the Maasai Mara from Ol Kiombo Airstrip on a scheduled one-hour flight to Wilson Airport in Nairobi. Upon arrival, our representative will meet you and ensure a seamless transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward journey.
