TANZANIA CLASSIC SAFARI ITINERARY

  • DAY 1: Arusha

    TRANSFER TO ARUSHA HOTEL

    At Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be met by our Predator Safari Club representative.   He will assist you with your luggage and drive to your hotel in Arusha City, brief you on your itinerary and help you with your check-in at your hotel.  


    Overnight at the Four Point Sheraton Hotel.  

    Meal Plan:  Breakfast


  • DAY 2: Tarangire National Park

    TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK


    After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, with a picnic lunch box.  Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park.


    Overnight at the Lake Burunge Tented Camp.  

    Meal Plan:  Breakfast, Picnic Lunch, Dinner. 


  • DAY 3 & 4: Lake Manyara & Ngorongoro Crater

    DAY 3:

    LAKE MANYARA & NGORONGORO CRATE

    After breakfast depart for Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic lunch box.  Enjoy a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, located between the rocks of the Great Rift Valley and the Manyara lake.  The beauty of this park is partly due to its large variety of birdlife, grasslands, forests and water.  Late afternoon, drive to Karatu.


    Overnight at Ngorongoro Farm House. 

    Meal Plan:  Breakfast, Picnic Lunch, Dinner. 

     

    DAY 4:

    NGORONGORO CRATER TOUR

    After an early breakfast, we depart to the Ngorongoro Crater with our lunch boxes.  We descend 600 m into the magnificent crater for game drives.  Witness an unforgettable spectacle of African wildlife - a world teeming with animals. The park sustains a wide variety of animals, including the black rhino, with its year-round water supply and fodder.  Later in the late afternoon, ascend to the crater rim and drive back to Karatu.


    Overnight at Ngorongoro Farm House.

  • DAY 5 & 6: Serengeti National Park

    DAY 5:

    SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK 

    After breakfast, depart to the Serengeti National Park with a picnic Lunch box.  We drive via Olduvai Gorge with an option of visiting a Maasai Village (US$35 per person).  Enjoy the full day game drive in the Serengeti.  Grasslands cover more than one-third of the park, and you will find many animals throughout the year.  


    Overnight at the Serengeti Kati Kati Tented Camp. 

    Meal Plan:  Breakfast, Picnic Lunch, Dinner.

     

    DAY 6:

    SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK 

    Enjoy a full day game drive in the Serengeti National park with a picnic lunch box OR do a morning and an afternoon game drive with a hot lunch at your Camp.


    Overnight at the Serengeti Kati Kati Tented Camp. 

    Meal Plan:  Breakfast, Picnic Lunch (or hot lunch), Dinner.


  • DAY 7: Fly from Serengeti (Seronera) to Arusha. Drive to Kilimanjaro Airport

    TRANSFER TO ARUSHA HOTEL

    After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Seronera airstrip for your flight back to Arusha. Upon arrival in Arusha, our representative will meet you at Arusha Airport and transfer you to the Kilimanjaro International Airport for your international flight. (Add an extra night in the Serengeti National Park or add a few days on Zanzibar Island)
